A TODO and NOTES feature in Project Manager

I think it could be usefull if project manager would have some kind of TODO and NOTES feature.

I think the idea is pretty self-explanatory.

Why not use txt file at the root of the project? Wvery new feature added to the editor will makes it slower. So I am still sure that special todo system can be substituted with text files e.g.

+ Done this
+ Done that
* This is not done
* This also
% Partialy done task
