I usually work with UTF-8 in all my web projects and i get alot of work when trying to put all charactes in unicode format using this list:

I think it would be a great idea to put a Unicode engine in RapidPHP everytime you wright some char it would automaticly transforme to unicode.
Or maybe when the document is ready... a push of a button and everyhting is converted... except tags
