New project setup

I've messed with the current implimention of Projects in WeBuilder and I've not got muhc use for it. I store everything on FTP. What I've done is I've created a file share to the documents, I open them all trhough explorer, then right-click every tab and hit 'f' to Save to FTP. I double click the host and hit okay. I'm sure there's a faster way, but my ideal way would be to store location information with each file in a project, so I can just open MySiteProject.whatever and it opens up WeBuilder, connects to FTP, downloads the current versions of all the files in the project, and if I save it automatically saves to the FTP server.
