Now I know what you're thinking: "You dolt, Rapid PHP already has this. It's in the Code Explorer window!"
So why would I want it in the toolbar too?
1) The code explorer shows more than just function names. It shows members, include files, and all kinds of other handy info. But sometimes all I want to see is just the functions in the class I'm currently working on.
2) I have Code Explorer and File Explorer docked to the same pane, and I'm usually on the File Explorer tab.
3) This would be a wonderful spot to throw in // TODO: support. Maybe something equivilent to Objective-C's #pragma mark "bleh" stuff too.
