Dreamweaver-like Code Beautify

This may be hard to implement, and if there is a way to do this in HTML Tidy, let me know! Dreamweaver has an ability to scroll down through a bunch of HTML tags (PHP would be nice too) and let you set formatting for each tag. For instance if I wanted a line break after (or before) each </td> but not </tr>, or before each <p> you can set it that way. I know a "foolish consistency is the hobgoblin of little minds" but I found this a great feature. I know there are code beautifiers like "PolyStyle" out there (http://www.polystyle.com/integrations/) that integrate in a bunch of products, perhaps that is an option.

Thanks for the idea. This is actually already in the list, but since it is very complex task I can not promise the feature for near future.
