Indent CSS tag to single line

I would like to see a button to indent a CSS tag from multiple lines to a single line and back (unindent).

So

#header {
float: left;
width: 550px;
height: 70px;
}

would become to

#header { float: left;width: 550px;height: 70px;}


In long CSS files, this can save some space when scrolling.

In TopStyle Lite, this function is called "Format Rule as Multiple Line" and "Format Rule as Single Line" and is accessible via two buttons in the context menu.
