Missing "Refresh" option for File Explorer?

Let me know if this exists and I am missing it... but when I am working in a directory on a file, and do a "Save As" several times (creating several new files in that same directory) the file navigator display does not update, and I can't find a way to "refresh" the view. Is there a way?

It should update automaically. There could be some misconfiguration of shell features on your system. Which Windows version do you use?
You can currently refresh by selecting another folder and then selecting the first folder again.
