Currently, it appears that the ftp manager is saving the files in a MSDOS style mode. This makes the code impossible to read if you view it in something like VI.

Currently files are saved in the default text mode, however feature that allows to save as UNIX text is already planned. But thank you for mentioning this.

Please note that you can also select which files are sent to FTP as binary and which ones are sent as text, you can change this in the FTP options box.

Unix CR is very much needed.

Are you advising that using internal FTP will save as the original format? How about saving local files? If the local file is in Unix CR format will it be preserved when saving locally?

Thanks!

If sending files in text mode to FTP, the FTP server should convert Windows breaks to UNIX breaks automatically.
