Please extend variables for extern tools

I try to integrate some programs via extern tools. Unfortunately I can access only two variables: %file and %dir

I need more variables, like %filename and %fileext

Example with google closure compiler:

java -jar compiler.jar --js %file --js_output_file %dir\min-%filename.%fileext
