.json syntax highlighting

could we get syntax highlighting for .json files?

I'll add the suggestion to list. Should be similar to .js syntax with maybe a few json specific enhancements here and there.

Yeah its really simple to do, if i knew how to modify & add new syntax i would do it myself :S

I think a good start start would be highlighting .json files as JavaScript. Go to Options -> Preferences -> Document Types -> JavaScript and add json to list of file extensions.
