1. As base take "Flat dark blue" (strips with icons (as in "File explorer" on right panel - remain as is).
2. To sacrifice all toolbars (as it made, for example in Sublime 3)
3. Popup box-menus (for "File", "Edit", etc) remain as is.
4. All the rest - make dark.
5. And only finalize left/right sidebars (where white background).
6. Close this topic until 2017 year.
P.S. i like two dark styles in Sublime 3 - Monokai, and Cobalt, by the way.
