Update "Edit this HTML Tag" data/dialog.

I just tried the "Edit this HTML Tag" on a HTML "input" tag.
And the only types available in the dropdown are "<default>", "password", "file" & "text". All the new HTML5 types, like "range", "number" etc. along with the old "radio" and "checkbox" types are missing.
Also it has no support for the new HTML5 attributes either. ("pattern", "min", "max" etc.)

These forms are not supposed to support every single attribute, that would make them huge and unusable. If you want to insert checkbox or radio button, use Insert -> Forms -> Checkbox or Insert -> Forms -> Radio Button. The new "range" type does not belong in this dialog because it doesn't make much sense without min/max attributes, so I'll write down the suggestion but it will probably require a new dialog just like checkbox and radio buttons. I guess some of the new types do belong here though (number, email, tel, ...) so I'll write down another suggestion for this.
