There is a way you could create your own Base 16 scheme if you know some programming (which I'm sure you do). Basically what you need is a script that replaces values in file \settings\colors\Base 16 Dark.xsc from those in
http://chriskempson.github.io/base16/#dark to those in
http://chriskempson.github.io/base16/#ocean.
The colors are converted to Integer like so:
#90a959 --(swap Red and Blue)--> #59a990 --(convert from hex to dec)--> 5876112
