It would be great to be able to find a closing tag by matching the opening tag.

Greetz,
I'm using version 6.3.0.58 of WeBuilder 2005.
This program supports what you're requesting.
Both under Edit menu and on the right-click (context) menu, there is a "Select Block" item.
Put the caret (text cursor) inside the opening tag and choose "Select Block" from whichever place you choose.
The block of HTML enclosed by the tag containing the caret will be highlighted.
