Advanced Variable Support

Hi

One of my favourite feature requests for rapid php would be the following:

if you define some variables in the document you get this tiny variable popup if you begin to write a new variable. thats pretty nice.
My feature request would be that if you have some includes in your document, that the variables in that included file(s) also will be shown in that variable popup and in the Code Explorer.

this is maybe not so easy to code but would give a very mighty feature to rapid php that would be very very cool.

I think you have to check included files and open them temporarily in the background to read the variables. maybe it would be possible to get also the functions and stuff to fill the code explorer with the included file informations.

please think about that, i got a few web developers that would immediately change to rapid php if this function would be given :)

Thank you
Mike

Interesting idea... I have assigned it a status = "must think about this".

i already suggested this a while back without response.
please consider this yes: it IS possible, since rapid PHP works with projects (so it knows which files to scan for functions, classes etc).
Only downside is the extra time needed when opening projects...(scantime, have a look at f.e. vs.php or zend studio)

All bigger editors have this extra, and its EXTREMELY user-friendly!

It IS another reason to switch to Rapid PHP yes.
