ok, this is an interesting an usable feature, and i guess it's easy to do:
When you replace "word" within a selected text scope, it would be good if the program (Rapid PHP) "alerts" me with the number of instances of "word" found and replaced. Also, i noticed, that if i choose the scope of "selected text", once the replacement is done, the text is "unselected". It'll be good if it stays selected, just in case i want to keep "replacing" from that scope.
e.g: When working with HTML, you could have a <TABLE> with various <TD> with the same width, supposed i'd like to change all because i decided to make the table 5 pixel wider, but besides that, i want to increase the height attribute. Right now i have to select->replace, then select->replace. We could just eliminate one "select". But also, maybe i know approx. how many <TD> must be changed, if the program alerts me of 5 changes and i was specting 9 then something went wrong or there's a problem with my code (e.g: maybe i typed the wrong width for any particular TD, skipped one TD without noticing, i didn't select the complete TABLE code... and so one)...
Thank you!.
