Where PHP editing is concerned, Microsoft Expression Web (EW) falls very short. However, there are a few things it does very nicely. One is its way of handling PHP super globals (those with the $_ prefix). Rapid knows how to insert $_SERVER variables but only by clicking a special menu item.
In EW, one simply starts typing the name of the super global. I've made a little screen capture video showing how it works in EW.

I'd love to see something like that in the next version of Rapid. It's a much faster way to handle super globals and it is more generalized than the current Rapid approach.
