Using Rapid PHP 2022 version 17.1.0.241
Enabling the "Navigation" option in Customize Buttons, the Navigation arrow are shown outside of the Rapid PHP window. There is no way to move them next to the other menu buttons.
The Navigation menu should be placed next to the other menu buttons, and should be moveable or positioned according to user preferences.

Take the Navigation buttons by the gray upper-left corner and drag them into the toolbar. If that doesn't work, you can try to reset your toolbar layout by closing your Rapid PHP and backing up, then deleting the file %AppData%\Blumentals\Rapid PHP\layouts\14.0\Default.lay.
