Possible to resize image frame canvas?

Hi,

I have an existing animated gif, this gif is of my name (for a signature). I want to add an image line bar graphic (non animated) below the existing gif. I just want to paste the line graphic into each of the 3 frames so it can be one image. I don't see a way to resize the image frame canvas, is this possible?

You can use

Animation -> Resize Animation

or

Animation -> Crop Animation
