Transparency Problem

I have created 8 icons for use in an animated gif. I have imported them into EGA and tested the animation and it works well. I've then proceeded to make the background transparent, as soon as I do that the animation doesn't run correctly. I have tried this 4 times and each time the result is the same, I get the transparency but the frames seem to run together. Its only a slight problem but it ruins the effect of the animation.

Any clues ?
