I bought twice, why can't I use my license activation key?

I can't believe this. Why? I bought a new computer, but this is the second time that I buy this product. If I bought it, it is suppose to be mine and I'm suppose to be able to use it in my new computer. :?: Although I'm very frustrated with this product, I hope that this is just a configuration problem that you can easily solve. I have the Easy Gif Animator 5 Personal, not the latest version, but if I bought that version, I'm suppose to be able to use it. I'm not suppose to be forced to buy again your software, if I don't have the latest version!

The third party that you use to sell your software responded me with the following email, telling me that you are totally responsible of this issue. Please, comply correctly with your transaction. You should give me what I paid for.

Hello,

you should contact customer support at support@blumentals.net, send your activation key. They have all the required data and can figure out what is the problem. This is a customer self-help forum regarding product features, we can't help with licensing issues because more often than not they require some information that can't be posted in a public forum.
