Editor tools with layers and history or

Postby ssllav » Tue Jul 19, 2016 3:57 pm

Hello.

Please add the ability to work with layers when editing frame.

Now, for example, when im insert text on a single frame, and applying effects, i cant change it if choose another frame and come back.
No resize, no edit, no moving on layer...
Once set a position, it can no longer be changed.

Add please work with image layers. It is very necessary and powerful thing.

The problem is that GIF format does not support layers. If we added layers, we would need to save in some other (probably custom) format which would cause some confusion, or the layers would be active only during the editing session and merged on save, which could be frustrating.

Yes, im about work only in editing session and merge all before save.
Like in photoshop, we have base image (frame) and add some text layer or image, or color layer.
In EGA we have frame, but if we in session made a change in the image (add text for example), we can't cancel it, or return to the original. Also, if we made a change in the frame, and then switched to the other, then we can't go back and change what was done.
The inability to roll back the changes.
The inability to change the position of text/effect/editing after switching to another frame.
The inability to change the text.
As editor frames, EGA only slightly loses Ulead GA who knows how to work with layers.
However, EGA is much easier and more understandable, and much more user friendly.
