Is the iNet Protector tray icon showing the red cross when you click Disable?

What if you completely disable firewall and anti virus. sometimes anti-virus and firewall software does not let iNet Protector work normally.

Have you added anything to allowed lists, I mean allowed programs/IPs/websites etc.

Hi Karlis, yes, the red cross is visible when I click Disable (I think).

The firewall is disabled. Antivirus is not disabled; I'll try disabling antivirus (we use McAfee Enterprise 8.0i).

I have not added anything to the Allow Lists.

Any more thoughts on this issue?

Not really sure. This must be something very individual to your PC.

Please contact us at support[at]blumentals.net so that we can solve this out faster and more privately.
