iNet protector not working after windows update

We purchased a small business license for iNetProtector 2.9 in late march 2007. It worked fine until just recently when it stopped blocking any websites (ie it allows any website). Our investigation points to a window update (KB936357) that made it stop working. Is there an update to iNETProtector that will fix this?

This looks to be something that does not affect all users, but only some. Or at least you. We have this update on our computers, but the problem does not show.

We are investigating this, however it could take time. Current workaround would be to uninstall this particular Windows update.

1) Go to Add or Remove Programs
2) Check Show updates
3) Select the Update for Windows XP (KB936357)
4) Click Remove.
5) Restart your computer.

Are you sure that one update is to blame? We did not manage to reproduce the problem with that update installed.

* What features have you enabled?
* Does it still block other services like email, messenger etc. or does it allow everything?
