How to allow https secure websites?

How to allow https secure website and other website when everything else is restricted?

You must go to "Allowed Services" and check "Secure Web Pages".

It is working. Most likely you have to allow something else because the website consists of multiple parts - secure and regular.

I could open both https://online.chasecanada.ca and https://accesd.desjardins.com but could not test further as I do not have login data. But so far both pages opened just fine.
