allow clipart from Office 2007

Is it possible to allow Clipart downloads from Microsoft website for Word etc to be in the 'allowed programs' list? I can't find an icon or .exe file to add it. I have added Word/Publisher/Powerpoint but does not solve the problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Rather than the program, its more likely something like clipart.dll that needs access. FileMon from Microsoft may be able to shed more light on the name of the file.

Try adding microsoft.com (without www) to allowed websites. This worked for me.
