Here are more questions that could lead us to the answer:
1) Does this happen when Internet is in blocked state or at all times since iNet Protector was installed.
Just a wild guess: Is there any other utility running that might have an influence? Could it be that there is some program or service that if network access is blocked, causes this behavior.
2) Any chance trying iNet Protector on any other computer. You can install it on your other computers (if you have any) and see if the behavior repeats. I could not repeat it here. Seems to work just fine both on XP and Vista
3) What is your system XP or Vista or something older?
