IPHookTerminateAPIs.dll

Having reformat my laptop, I'm reinstalling software. I downloaded INet protector again but had issues with the installed version. I think it might have to do with my security measures so I've tried to uninstall so I can do another reinstallation. But can't because of this one file found in the INet folder.

What is that? Malware? And how can I get rid of it? Finally, does INet have issues with Norton 360?

IPHookTerminateAPIs.dll is a part of iNet Protector. The file is locked while iNet Protector is running and it will stay locked and undeletable if you attempt to remove iNet protector by deleting files instead of performing proper uninstall. If you happen to have this file and need to remove it while it is locked, simply restart the computer and then you will be able to delete the file.

The file can be sometimes falsely detected as malware, but it is not malware, obviously.
