Switch User issue

Postby Conqueror » Tue Mar 24, 2009 11:55 pm

I am aware that the FAQ states that iNet Protector does not support the Switch User command.

However, it would be nice if the switch user command was supported by iNet Protector. Is this possible? Maybe by making iNet Protector run from a "current user" perspective instead of "local machine". That way iNet Protector can be part of each user accounts separately instead of the whole local machine.

Edit:
Logging into a second account breaks iNet Protector even if you log out of the second account.

Switch-user currently is not supported because iNet Protector can handle single user at a time but switch user allows multiple users to be logged on and using network resources at the same time.

If you are having particular problem with limiting separate user accounts, please contact our support team and we will help you configure the software properly. Note that currently most features apply to all accounts. The exceptions are Schedule and Daily quotes which can be applied to separate accounts.
