I changed the password last night. After rebooting the machine it does not recognize the new or the old password. Must have been some sort of typo error that I did twice which is odd.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that did not work.
Anyway, you indicate in response to another forum topic that a request for the password can be completed from the support page. Can you be a little more specific? I have the original download email but don't know exactly what you need for the request.
Also, what is the cost to upgrade from 1.3 to 2.3?
