Go around inet

I installed Inet protector on my work computers, within minutes they found the way to go around the program, by going to the control panel, administrative tools, services, high lite Inet and stop process.
Is there a way to prevent from stopping the program?

Yes, to increase the protection level, please do not allow your users to log on Windows with Admin privileges, set User privileges instead.
