How can I get rid of Trojan Horse and how on earth did it get on my pc? I appear to have 4 or 5 different versions of Trojan horse on my pc and I need to clear it. I cleared temporary internet files and 'de-fragmented' my pc, I have run virus scans but my anti- virus says it blocks the virus from sending out info from my pc. Please advise me as to what to do to remove this pest! Thank you.

hint: In the 1st check with with the support/technical support of your anti-virus software
