Please try to follow these guidelines. This will help to receive faster and more accurate response.

  • Check the Support section of the corresponding product first. Chances are you will find your answer there;
  • Do not create new topics for already reported problems. Add your comments to the existing topics instead;
  • Create separate topic for each problem request. Do NOT post a number of non-related problem reports in a single topic;
  • Give your topic a meaningful title. Titles such as "A question," "Bug report" and "Help!" provide others no clue what your message is about;
  • Include the version number of the software you are using;

Promised updates where are they?

Postby swefil2003 » Sat May 07, 2005 9:19 am

I have Rapid CSS 2004 for less than a year now, I have never been offered an update, therefore I think the price is to high for the extras that have been offered, and are not worth paying extra for this new version RCSS2005, even though it is discounted.

I am happy enough with RCSS 2004, and some other advanced css programs that I use.

Thank you for your post.

Updates to your current version are available for free. You must update the software yourself, as we do not spam about each minor update.

Please read this article for more info:
http://www.blumentals.net/support/faq.php?qid=updates

Probably in the future there will be automatic updates, but currently you have to update manually.
