How do I relocate the library, code snipits and templates

Postby David T » Tue May 10, 2005 5:54 am

I program my websites from 5 different desktop computers. I would like to keep the library.xml file, code snippits, templates and favoite online help, on a usb memory key. I could keep my working project directories on the usb memory device also. If I could set htmlPad/WeBuilder to look for thses files on the memory key I could keep working on my web projects from which ever computer I worked from.

This is currently not possible, but you are having a good point here.

Currently you can copy this directory:

C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\Blumentals\HTMLPad\settings

replace HTMLPad with WeBuilder if you are using that product.

Yes, this would be a great feature suggestion. Implementing such thing would take some time of course.
