I have found HTMLPad 2004 very useful indeed. Unfortunately I had a hard
disk failure a few weeks ago, and although I had backed up most of my
data, I did not back up HTMLPad. I was intending to contact you to find out
how I could download it again, so your e-mail about the upgrade was very timely.
If I purchase the upgrade, do I still need to download the original 2004 software first? If so, how?
I did email you about this on 6 May but have been unable to trace your reply. I puchased HTMLPad 2004 Pro on 12 August 2004 under order number 6816061.
How to upgrade to 2005 when 2004 no longer exists?

Of course you can receive another copy of your originally purchased product (even previous version).
You do not need to have previous version installed in order to upgrade to 2005.
