Mapping does not work?

Postby PeterPanino » Sun Feb 27, 2011 6:11 pm

I have configured a mapping:

FTP::hosting_root\/domain_root/
http://www.mydomain.com/

(Above names are just place-holders of course)

Then, when in WeBuilder 2010 I open a PHP file from a sub-directory of the above FTP directory and click F2 it keeps telling me "The software is not yet configured for previewing PHP files"! (Obviously WeBuilder tries to open the file in a local web-server!). But shouldn't it just open the URL "www.mydomain.com/myscript.php" in the browser??

Edit: I suspect this maybe could have something to do with the syntax WeBuilder uses for FTP paths: Internally it seems to use this syntax:
FTP::ftp_root\/domain_root/

But when hovering the mouse over the FTP file-explorer it displays an other syntax in the status-bar:
ftp://ftp_root/domain_root

So this incompatibilty may produce the bug?
