I am using ver. 11.0.0.126 on Windows 7 x64 and I experience poor performance on various file formats, especially with CSS files when Inspector or Code Explorer panels are visible. It lags when I am type or simply move carrier in any direction. Also, switching between open files have lag and freezes for a second or two. Saving/applying options freezes everything for few seconds. I was using 2010 version earlier and never had such problems. I tried to reinstall WeBuilder but it didn't helped. Please advise how to remedy this issue.
Also, there's no way to disable CSS toolbar - when I right-click and check off CSS it hides but when I return to CSS editor it shows again. If I hide it when editing something other than CSS - it stays hidden until I switch to any CSS file - than it appears again.

I'm not sure about the poor performance and panel problems, but the CSS tool-bar issue may be just a setting under Options, Preferences, Language Options, CSS. Check the bottom checkbox "CSS toolbar auto display" and uncheck it to prevent the toolbar showing automatically when a CSS file is edited.

Does the file size matter influence the problem severity? What happens if you minimize the Main Screen, and then try to change its size by dragging the window using your mouse?
