strange behavior characters with accent

Hi, when in the WB editor I insert a character with accent (à è ò) , I see the accented character in the code but with the browser I see the strange character even if charset="utf-8". If I insert the character with accent (à è ò) with another editor (in the same page), I see the character with accent in the browser.
it seems that the WB editor inserts a coding independently. How can I fix this problem? Thanks

Is your document format UTF-8 or UTF-8 without BOM?

Can you send me the resulting file for examination? Even better if you send 2 copies of the same page where one has been edited in WeBuilder and the other in the different editor.
