I just purchased Webuilder 2015.
I do not know how to add or insert close button on tab.

There's no close button for tabs, you can middle-click the tab to close it.

Just press CTRL and W to close the current document.
There's no need to add a close icon to the tab, that'd make the tab larger and users would likely accidentally close documents by clicking it when trying to select other tabs.
