WeBuilder 2015 (13.1.0.163) does not change folder

I wrote about WeBuilder 2015 (13.0.0.162) does not change folder http://forums.blumentals.net/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=6537, but even on the 13.1.0.163 version when saving a new file, the program does not change the folder to the appropriate project.

It's working with the Open dialog just like in the old WeBuilder versions. I guess the same could be done with the Save dialog, too, but first I need to find out if there are any reasons against it, since it wasn't done all these years.
