I installed the new version 13.2.0.164 on Windows 8.1. The program works fine but for some strange reason my mouse cursor is flashing constantly. It changes from the standard text selector cursor to the round windows waiting cursor every second. This is very annoying and distracting. I tried re-installing the program but this had no effect. Also switched the mouse USB port. It almost looks like something is saving every second...
Hope someone fix for this...

I have set the file explorer to my server root and the flickering is gone!

I had the same problem. The solution was simple. I followed steps mentioned in this forum and it helped me a lot.
