Local or FTP Path: FTP::PHP\/public_html/php|
Web Server Path: http://xxx.xxx.xxx.222/live/

Looks incorrect, because the last folder in web path is "live", but on ftp it is "php", so it seems that these folders are differrent.

Let me give you my example:

Local or FTP: FTP::www.blumentals.lv\/public_html|
Web path: http://www.blumentals.lv/

Observe that I map the folders precisely. And it works.

Ok Admin.
You are not going to believe this but upon reading your response today I opened Webbuilder to check and wee the settings and when I opened the file online and did a preview it works just fine.
I am not sure why it works now but it seems like since shutting down the computer days ago something happened but ti now works.

Just to explain my original settings"
Local or FTP Path: FTP::PHP\/public_html/php|
(where PHP is the Profile in the ftp connection name)
Because then I made the conenction to the website, it created that name or the connection and when I used the ftp folder button in the add folder mappings screen, I selected the excisting connection already programmed and it added the path as shown above.

Web Server Path: http://xxx.xxx.xxx.222/live/

It should have worked out to the same paths as you suggested and now it does.

Anyway, I am just explaining so that i it is a case that the software is holding the incorrect information or somehting, then this might help, but then if might be something that I am not doing incorrect.
