Sometime I use Webuilder 2016 and next time when start Webuilder 2018 I lost HTML Tool >Format HTML code item from toolbar and from Menu (I put it in Tools menu as well), probably because this command doesn't exist in the old version. What can Ido to avoid having to repair the menu every time?

Use menu View -> Save Layout, then if you lose the menu item you can load it back using menu View -> Manage Layouts -> Load
