Hello I do not understand in what context we can access the items on the menu entitled CSS at the top of the Rapid PHP editor. They always seem to be greyed out. Can anyone explain this.

I dont use rapidphp so I'm not exactly sure. Try creating a new css document and you should see them there. It should also turn on if you are in a PHP document in between <style> tags in the header.
