Registration keys

I recently purchased Screensaver Factory Pro, and have trouble getting the common registration key or the unique registration key to work. Neither one pops up in my installer. What should I do?

Registration keys do not pop up in the installer and they should not, because the installer is trial version (try before you buy) which means customer installs, tries out the product and when he or she finally orders it, the key can be entered via nag-screen or settings window.
