Move selection with arrow keys

While in Selection Tool mode, a selected area or a pasted selection should be able to be moved one pixel at a time with the arrow keys. Holding down the Shift key while using the arrow keys should move the selection 10 pixels at a time. This would give people the pixel-perfect precision they are used to in other quality paint programs.

I'm not sure as to why this thread hasn't been addressed, but It is a very very good request.. This would make the program much more stable for aligning objects and text. I noticed this issue immediately when I used this product. I second this request.. Dragging with the mouse can be a headache trying to align sometimes.. Thanks for reading.
