Mainly bugs fixed:
+ Bugfix: Readme file is not removed on uninstall.
+ Bugfix: Auto Updates crash on single image screensavers
+ Bugfix: logo transparency with GIF
+ Bugfix: Some invalid-syntax RSS feeds do not work
