Updated documentation

The manual (specially the plugin section) is due for an overhaul.
A lot of the plugin coding information is scattered around in various places, like different threads in the forum.

It would be much easier if everything was available in one place (the plugin section of the documentation) ;)

You're right of course, I'll try to do something about the documentation before the next major version.
