Add a "View file as" menu item for changing highlighting

Sometimes I open a file in the editor which has a "unsupported" file extension, like: "testfile.xyz"
Then when it's opened, I can see that it's actually in XML format.

It would be nice if it was possible to "change" the format of an already opened file. Something similar to the "New" menu item, but like "View file as"
That way it is possible to get the correct highlighting of the file without having to save it first with a new file extension.
