When Find All is chosen in a search, a list of results (clickable links) is returned. However, editing the file causes the results links to go bad. Clicking on a bad link takes the user to the
vicinity of the found item but if a lot of editing has been done the distance between the link's pointer and the actual found item could be large.
Two better solutions:
- Create internal (invisible) bookmarks for the find locations that are independent of the line/column positions and can thus be found with precision.
- While editing, automatically update the search results to maintain the accuracy of the position information.
